Job description

Responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue & sales growth; expense, cost and margin control AND new initiatives planning and execution, monthly, quarterly & annual financial goal management. To manage people, cost, inventory. Legal & commercial compliance



Achieving gross sales and Margin target

Stock Allocations
Inter store/ region movement of merchandise

Preparing and studying sale reports
Monitoring stock covers, understanding lead times and placing reorders
Tracking slow movers and planning discount

Sharing new launch information with stores
Working closely with VM team for Plotting for new collections
Ensuring planogram implementation
Communicating with store teams to ensure stock movement and sales

Understanding of customer and competition in all markets with HT stores
Research brand product, pricing, presentation strategies to constantly improve standards


Desired Candidate Profile

* Excellent retail operations.
* Should be from Retail Food & FMCG Background only
* Good analytical & MIS skills
* People management
* Good communication and systems knowledge
* Should have good knowledge of Retail operations Multiple store Handling

* Minimum 5years of retail experience
